Welcome to Stoneybrook Golf and Country Club

Very Active Lifestyle, Verandas. Villas, Single Family Homes
Bundled golf community with membership and golf privileges included in purchase

Whether it’s for a vacation getaway, a place to escape the winter chill, year-round living, or an investment property, owning one of the homes in the STONEYBROOK GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB community at Palmer Ranch is an exciting and fulfilling prospect. Their credo, “It’s not just a home, it is a lifestyle!” rings true. This gorgeous gated community features 940 condominiums and single-family homes, tucked around walking and jogging trails, stormwater ponds, wetlands, and natural preserves. Opened in 1994, the community’s centerpiece is a year-round, 18-hole, 72 par, golf course and practice facility, all designed by the legendary Arthur Hills.

The Stoneybrook Golf and Country Club is a semi-private club (AKA Common Interest Realty Association or CIRA), which means that all property owners are members of an association and collectively own the common property. This commitment ensures that homeowners have a say in major decisions that reflect their best interests. By design, the arrangement fosters a strong sense of community. Communal ownership includes the Clubhouse, fitness center, tennis courts, and more. The Golf Club Membership (and an ongoing financial obligation to pay annual membership fees) is required with each purchase. A Stoneybrook Golf Membership includes unlimited use of the golf course, practice facilities, cart rental, restaurant, fitness center, snack bar, card rooms, swimming pool, and jacuzzi. (Note these few exceptions: Condo owners in the Arbor Greens neighborhood can join as Social Members, where they are welcomed at the restaurant, fitness center, card rooms, pool, and jacuzzi. A few homes in the Estate neighborhood have this option as well.)

Verandas, villas, condos, and homes with high-end features and finishes present an array of residential options starting at around $300k. A wide range of activities and amenities are offered through the 20,000 sf clubhouse. Swim and socialize at the large community pool, game, set, and match on one of the four lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, play a game of bocce ball, and work up a sweat on the cardiovascular equipment and weight machines in the fitness center. Dining is enjoyed indoors and out in the traditional dining room, grill, or full-service bar. The banquet facilities, including a Grand Ballroom, are put into service for weddings, celebrations, receptions, and other catered events of up to 200 people. Club members also enjoy live entertainment and dancing, Movie, Trivia and Game Nights, Bridge Tournaments, Mah-jongg, Zumba, Pilates, dance, and art classes.

More about the Stoneybrook Golf Course:
Rave reviews met the opening of the Stoneybrook Golf Course in 1994. Designed by Arthur Hills, a world-renowned golf course architect, this 18-hole course has well-manicured Bermuda grass fairways and TifEagle Ultra Dwarf greens, highly regarded on the Sun Coast. Trademarks of Hills’ design are the greenside bunkering and contoured fairways. Locals, Members, and visiting Pros can choose the difficulty from the six teeing grounds that range from 6587 yards from the Championship tee to 4965 yards from the forward tee. Wooded wetland preserves and lakes create strategic risk/reward holes, creating just the right level of challenge for all skill levels.
